Programme Objective
The programme came up at a time when the organization was seeking to re-direct her strategies so as to give the organization a better leverage of becoming an international reference point in the near future.
Being a closed Leadership Development Programme, we were able to align how much recognition it had both locally and internationally with her vision of becoming a World Class Institution in Banking and Finance Education, Ethics and Professionalism. We were able to make participants which included the registrar who was an observer to understand that the realization of this vision lied in the hands of the members of staff.
We were able to make the participants realize the essence and importance of Becoming Entrepreneurial Employees. We posited that an entrepreneurial employee adds value and delivers tangible results. He is also a master of strategic innovation and directs himself towards achievement.
