Programmes’ Objectives
Chan Medi Pharm is a pharmaceutical company and a member of the Christian Health Association of Nigeria.
The Leadership programmes were facilitated for the management staff. It was tailored to building Chan Medi pharm into becoming a leading Pharmaceutical company. Every organization requires a good leadership platform for it to thrive. Every leader need to recognize the essence of his being a leader. A good leader should also be able to build an effective team as that is what makes a leader effective. These were our postulations to the participants of the two leadership training sessions we facilitated for Chan Medi Pharm.
Chan Medi Pharm also saw the need to train their staff to become Excellent Customer Service people for them to be able to build a leading pharmaceutical company. The objective of the Programme was to provide participants with the knowledge, mindset, and skills that will enable CHAN Pharmaceuticals to build customer loyalty with a view to achieving market leadership by creating positive, profitable and ‘long term’ business relationships with her customers.
