Culture Alignment Programme
The major challenge of all corporate culture initiatives is to transform inappropriate existing corporate culture.
Our objectives are five -fold.
- To determine the ideal corporate culture, based on the established vision, mission, values and environment.
- To investigate, document, analyze, map and review existing organizational structure with reference to the foundational elements and pillars of existing culture. (History, Values & Beliefs, Rituals & Ceremonies, Stories and Cultural Network.)
- To design a new organizational structure, with reference to the foundational elements and pillars of existing culture. (History, Values & Beliefs, Rituals & Ceremonies, Stories and Cultural Network) that will foster, sustain and entrench the desired culture.
- To codify the thoughts, desires, dreams and aspirations of the visioning team and the organization in a Culture Bible.
- To Facilitate Behavioral Change by organizing REAL training programmes for staff. These programmes will
- Help the staff understand the meaning, essence, value and power of Vision & Culture.
- Help create company-wide buy in to the Culture Project.
- Facilitate behavioral change from all staff, by disseminating new knowledge, exposing them to new experiences and re-shaping their beliefs, attitudes and value.
