Building Effective Teams
An old Chinese proverb states “Behind an able man, there are always other able men.”
Teamwork lies at the heart of every great achievement mankind has ever made. It is true that men of vision have changed the world, but it is equally true that they’ve only been able to do so because of the successful and effective teams they were able to build.
Everybody, everyday, in one-way or the other is part of a team. Some teams win consistently, some intermittently while some never win.
Our Strategic Leadership Development Programme “Building Effective Teams” is designed to teach leaders and team members the basic fundamental principles that have helped successful teams become what they are.
The degree and tenure of a leader’s success will depend to a large extent on the ability to put together and sustain a “winning team”.
Participants will learn the meaning, essence and value of team-work. They will learn the fundamental principles for creating successful teams. There will also be an improvement in the leadership ability of followers and leaders.
