As a consulting firm, we have developed a professional way of monitoring the progress of our clients to ensure that the objective of the programme is reached in a short while. For every training programme we facilitate, participants are given brain tasking tests and case studies to solve. We also split participants into various groups for them to be able to carry out their tasks as this is our way of encouraging team work. We also distribute questionnaires as regards to the course.
Such exercises help Trainees to understand the purpose of the course and the kind of performance the organization seeks from them. Results of the tests, case studies and reactions to the questionnaires help to determine the effect of the programme. We are also able to determine employees’ strengths and weaknesses and then we advice management on how such issues can be addressed.
